HAWKS ATHLETIC CLUB REGISTRATION POLICIES

FEE PAYMENT

• All outstanding fees and commitments from previous year(s) must be settled before 2008/2009 registration will be accepted.
• Fees may be paid in two equal instalments by Cheque or in full by Cash, Visa or MasterCard at all in-person registrations OR by cheque, Visa or MasterCard with on-line registration. When paying by Cheque, payment in full is always appreciated, however, we will accept 50% dated immediately and the second 50% dated no later than November 1, 2008.
• N.S.F. cheques will result in:
  • the full amount of all fees plus $25 service charge becoming payable immediately (cash or
    certified cheque only).
  • your child will not be allowed to participate in any further on-ice activities (i.e., games,
    practices, etc.) until all fees and charges have been paid in full.

COMMUNITY LEAGUE MEMBERSHIPS

Federation Hockey has mandated that all registrants must have a 2008/2009 Community League Membership prior to registration being accepted. If you don't already have one, the Hawks can sell you a membership and this fee must accompany your registration fee. Please refer to our website for all Community League fees. Cheques must be made payable to "Hawks Athletic Club" and we will take care of the paperwork and getting your membership card and skating tags out to you.

BINGOS

• Working one bingo per registration is mandatory.
• If you want to "opt out" of the bingo, please add $100.00 to your registration fee.
• An undated deposit cheque in the amount of $200.00 is required at the time of registration. Failure
  to work your bingo on the pre-arranged date will result in this cheque being cashed.
• Persons claiming bingo credits are responsible for arranging acceptable date(s) to work their bingo(s).
• Extra bingos may be available for reliable workers who want to work them.

REFUNDS

Players who withdraw from the Hawks Athletic Club PRIOR TO PLACEMENT ON A TEAM may apply for a refund of 80% of fees. Players who withdraw AFTER PLACEMENT ON A TEAM will be INELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND.
