2008-2009 REGISTRATION

The Hawks Athletic Club is a member of the Edmonton Minor Hockey Association (EMHA) and has been providing organized hockey in North West Edmonton since 1987. The Hawks Athletic Club is open to all boys and girls, ages 4 through 14, residing in Edmonton north of Stony Plain Road to the City boundary and 97 Street west to the City boundary.

You will find our program fun, exciting and competitive, with our main goal being the development of skating and hockey skills.

For Registration Fees, please see Registration Information and Payment Options. Registrations for returning Hawks players that are received after September 1 are subject to a $25.00 late fee (all Categories except Initiation).

All NEW PLAYERS must provide the following documentation along with their completed Registration Form:

  1. A copy of the player's Birth Certificate.
  2. A copy of the player's Alberta Health Care card.
  3. Proof of residency (i.e., driver's licence or utility bill), as well as Proof of Residency form completed and signed.
  4. Community League Membership for the 2008/2009 season. If you already have a new membership, please provide a copy of the membership card. If you don't have a membership please go to Community League Fees and submit the required amount of money along with your registration fees. The Hawks Athletic Club will provide you with a 2008/09 community league membership for your specific community.

All RETURNING PLAYERS must provide the following documentation:

  1. Community League Membership for the 2008/2009 season. If you already have a new membership,
    please provide a copy of the membership card. If you don't have a membership please go to Community
    League Fees and submit the required amount of money along with your registration fees. The Hawks
    Athletic Club will provide you with a 2008/09 community league membership for your specific community.

Include cheque for Community League Membership and an undated cheque in the amount of $200.00 for your bingo deposit.

3. ON-LINE REGISTRATION

New members to the Hawks Athletic Club must register in person
on the above noted dates and places, or call the Registrar at 780-455-1352 to arrange registration. Click the Hockey Canada Online Registration link below to being registering

HOCKEY CANADA ONLINE REGISTRATION

You will require an ID (username) and Password to register for the first time.

Please follow the instructions on the Hockey Canada site as it will take you through a step-by-step process to set up your new ID and Password.
